As a licensed professional counselor for over 20 years, Elizabeth guides clients through struggles with anxiety, depression, divorce, addiction, trauma, PTSD, transitional seasons, sexual abuse, and relationships. She has a passion as well to teach and coach clients by using accountability and goal setting to be their best self. She is committed to changing the stigma of that therapy is for crazy people, even if it is one person at a time. She developed a unique style with her psychological training by previously interning at a news station, doing acting and musical theater in high school and college as well as gymnastics. She also studied journalism while interning at both a news station and with a newspaper writing sports articles for the University of Oklahoma. Her undergraduate degree was designated in elementary education. The mixture of writing, speaking, acting, developmental stages, teaching and psychology came together to offer specialized skill sets to develop a quick and trusting relationship with her clients therefore allowing the individuals, couples or families to get right to work.

Behavior modification, new coping skills, social skills and lifestyles changes are a few of the tools that provide impactful change. As the CEO of Park Cities Counseling, she meets with individuals, teens, women, families and couples. Elizabeth recently appeared on the hit Bravo show, The Real Housewives of Dallas, where she is a therapist to one of the housewives. In addition to being #americastherapist on both national radio and television around the country, she is passionate about speaking engagements on countless topics that are up to date with action-oriented goals that leave you with ways to provide implementation of healthy information to profoundly change lives. Concierge Counseling using FaceTime, phone sessions, personal travel coaching and counseling in home, or during travel by plane or longer car trips allows flexibility to her clients without disrupting their already busy schedules.

Elizabeth is the proud mother of twin boys and one daughter in Dallas, Texas. And, always remember, you are #imperfectly perfect.
