Cynthia Kane's personal philosophy surrounding communication is based off the Buddhist principles of Right Speech: Tell the truth, Don't exaggerate, Don't gossip, Use helpful language. She believes a mix of non-violent communication, mindful communication and what she calls self-responsible communication help you and others suffer less.
Cynthia is a certified meditation and mindfulness instructor and the founder of the Kane Intentional Communication Institute, LLC. She is the author of How to Communicate Like a Buddhist (Hierophant Publishing, April 2016), Talk to Yourself Like a Buddhist (Hierophant Publishing, April 2018), and the upcoming book, How To Meditate Like A Buddhist (Hierophant Publishing, April 2020).
